What you will do

• Lead the strategic direction of high-value pursuits, RFPs, and business proposals.
• Craft compelling narratives that communicate business value, product vision, and AI-driven innovation.
• Translate complex technology and AI capabilities into client-focused solutions and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with product leaders, designers, and architects to shape differentiated client proposals.
• Identify and uncover new business opportunities using an entrepreneurial mindset and product thinking.
• Build reusable proposal frameworks, storytelling assets, and strategic positioning materials.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a senior strategic leader.
• Expertise in product strategy, product design, and product management.
• Strong skills in strategic storytelling and executive communication.
• AI fluency and ability to apply AI-enabled product thinking.
• Experience in business consulting and stakeholder management.
• Must be based in Portugal
