Senior DevOps Manager (AI)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; Tuesday through Saturday shift

Annual salary: $169,793–$233,466, plus eligibility for medical, retirement, and other company-sponsored benefits.

What you will do

• Lead a global DevOps team, assign work, monitor performance, and maintain quality and efficiency.
• Manage platform deployment and technical operations across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Plan, build, configure, test, and deploy DevOps solutions and automation.
• Oversee change, configuration, release, deployment, monitoring, support, and problem management.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers on platform deployment, maintenance, and support.
• Review and approve code and configuration changes while promoting DevOps strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, industrial engineering, engineering management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 6+ years of experience building and leading high-performing, diverse teams as a DevOps Manager or Software Development Manager.
• 5–15 years of DevOps experience, including performance tuning, application upgrades, patching, and continuous integration and deployment tooling.
• Experience with Docker or similar technologies, Kubernetes or similar technologies, and monitoring stacks such as ELK, Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, or New Relic.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, and database administration for MS SQL and MongoDB.
• Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, translate requirements into technical solutions, and collaborate across global time zones.
