Salary: $169,793–$233,466 per year.

What you will do

• Manage all aspects of platform deployment and technical operations across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a global DevOps team, assigning tasks and ensuring high-quality output.
• Develop and deploy best-in-class automation strategies to streamline platform deployments.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to manage maintenance and support requirements.
• Analyze and approve code and configuration changes to maintain organizational policies.
• Promote DevOps strategies and implementation goals across the organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of management experience leading high-performing, diverse DevOps or software engineering teams.
• 5-15 years of experience in a DevOps role, including performance tuning, application upgrades, and CI/CD tooling.
• 3 years of experience with Docker and 2 years of experience with Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with cloud operations (AWS, Azure, GCP), Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Experience with monitoring stacks such as ELK, Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, or New Relic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
