Location: Fully remote (targeted at the Uzbek market)

What you will do

  • Build and manage a personal pipeline of prospects in target verticals including banking, debt collection, and insurance.
  • Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to demo, negotiation, and closing.
  • Leverage and expand your personal network to generate warm introductions and qualified leads.
  • Analyze local market dynamics, competitor activity, and regulatory considerations.
  • Collaborate with the COO and product team to provide customer feedback and report on pipeline forecasts.
  • Translate technical Voice AI capabilities into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in direct B2B sales with a proven track record of personally closing deals.
  • Prior experience selling technology products, specifically AI, conversational AI, or SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Uzbek and English.
  • Ability to work independently and own the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Proficiency with modern CRM systems and sales technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
