Senior Marketing Analyst (Marketing Analytics)

What you will do

• Analyze SEM, SEO, and Generative AI channel performance using SQL and Tableau to guide budget allocation and strategy.
• Develop diagnostic analytics and actionable recommendations to inform marketing leaders' decisions.
• Define and standardize holistic metrics aligned with company strategy and financial objectives.
• Map marketing processes and channel journeys to data flows across acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to automate reporting workflows and evaluate AI-driven search impact.
• Build and maintain marketing data infrastructure, integrating Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or BI with a focus on marketing.
• 2+ years of experience within general consulting or an analytical operations function.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing SEM (paid search), SEO (organic search), and AI-driven search channels.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
• Must be based in Canada, Europe, or the UK; communication and resumes must be in English.

Nice to have

• Advanced degrees or an MBA.
• Experience with R, Python, or MATLAB.
• Working knowledge of probability, statistics, and process improvement.
