Fellowship Coordination Consultant (Climate Education): Support the continued implementation, coordination, and learning journey of the Innocenti Youth Fellowship on Climate Education (2026–2027) with an accent on building coherent learning journey architecture, governance, and research outputs. Focus on coordinating multi-stakeholder learning activities, synthesizing youth-led “Bright Spots” into knowledge products, and translating insights into policy-relevant dissemination materials.

What you will do

• Coordinate delivery and coherence of the Fellowship learning journey across fellows, senior fellows, advisory members, facilitators, speakers, and strategic partners.
• Develop and adapt curriculum, session design, learning materials, facilitation tools, and visual learning resources for diverse learning styles.
• Plan and coordinate masterclasses, participatory workshops, mentor sessions, webinars, peer-learning exchanges, and expert engagement sessions.
• Document, synthesize, and translate Fellowship learning, insights, and emerging themes into knowledge products.
• Identify, document, and synthesize youth-led climate education “Bright Spots” and support creation of the Bright Spots Report and related outputs.
• Coordinate integration and dissemination of Fellowship outputs (e.g., Future of Climate Education Report, Global Policy Brief, ACE, Climate Education Digital Report/Atlas) and engagement in major convenings (e.g., Climate Week NYC, COP31).

Requirements

• Location: Duty station is Florence; role is listed as Remote/Work from home with Italy as the location constraint.
• 7–9 years of experience in climate, youth engagement, advocacy, education, or research activities.
• Strong research and analytical skills, including literature reviews and qualitative research methods.
• Experience convening in virtual settings with familiarity with digital workspaces, communication tools, and conferencing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including developing outreach materials and documentation.
• English: Fluency in English required.
