Intermediate Learning & Development Specialist

TL;DR

Intermediate Learning & Development Specialist (L&D): Own small-to-medium learning projects from discovery to delivery, turning business needs into effective learning solutions with an accent on training needs analysis (TNA), instructional design, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on designing MVP educational programs, extracting and structuring SME expertise into learning content, and improving learning effectiveness using feedback and new AI-enabled tools.

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs, define objectives, and align on scope, expectations, and success criteria.
• Conduct TNA via stakeholder and SME interviews, translating requests into structured learning solutions.
• Design MVP concepts and educational programs using instructional design principles and learning frameworks.
• Collaborate with SMEs to extract, validate, and structure knowledge into learning content and assets.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of small/medium learning projects, managing planning, priorities, timelines, and alignment.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously improve learning design using new tools and AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Corporate Education.
• Strong expertise in learning methodology, instructional design, and Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Working knowledge of learning frameworks such as Bloom’s Taxonomy and Kolb’s Learning Cycle.
• Experience managing learning projects from discovery through implementation, including planning, task decomposition, estimation, and prioritization.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including requirement gathering and alignment across diverse stakeholders.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (strong verbal and written communication)

Nice to have

• Experience in the IT industry or a fast-paced tech-driven environment.
• Experience evaluating external service vendors, SMEs, and training providers.
• Experience with learning budgets, contracts, and vendor-related processes.
