Salary: $107,500–$157,500 CAD

What you will do
- Analyze the Canadian Defence & Security sales landscape to identify and implement upselling strategies.
- Lead and close sales opportunities in collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering and business strategy teams.
- Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), technical solutions, cost estimates, and formal proposals.
- Build and maintain internal networks to establish Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) for targeted opportunities.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and present value-driven technical solutions.
- Report on sales engineering activities, priorities, and risks to senior management.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in technical sales or business development.
- Eligibility to obtain Canadian Security Clearance and Controlled Goods Clearance.
- Eligibility to work in Canada (Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid Work Permit).
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and proposal development.
Nice to have
- Bilingualism in English and French.
- Experience in defence, aerospace, or government contracting.
- Familiarity with integrated project team (IPT) structures.
- Advanced negotiation and solution-based selling skills.
