What you will do
- Manage end-to-end event production logistics, including vendor selection, hiring, and onsite execution.
- Create and maintain production timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Assess and manage budgets of varying scales in collaboration with project managers.
- Communicate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment.
- Source venues, secure necessary permits, and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
- Handle administrative tasks including expense reports, invoicing, and contract management.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in the live event production industry.
- Native level of Polish and fluent English.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of technical production requirements and fabrication techniques.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with partners, brands, and talent.
Nice to have
- Fluency in German.
- Experience in Theater or Stage Management.
- Experience in virtual, outdoor, or large-scale events.
