What you will do

• Create visual assets including graphics, videos, email creatives, and social media content.
• Oversee the end-to-end creative production process from ideation to final execution.
• Manage and coordinate a team of graphic designers and creative contributors.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal marketing teams and external partners.
• Analyze campaign performance data to iterate on creative strategies and improve engagement.
• Implement workflow improvements to enhance team efficiency and project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within a creative or digital marketing environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp and design software such as Canva.
• Experience with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo for automation and performance tracking.
• Strong photo and video editing skills for marketing purposes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven copywriting ability.
• Must be available to work during 9 am - 5 pm EST.
