What you will do
- Contribute across the full data spectrum, including analytics engineering, applied analytics, and data science.
- Build, maintain, and scale analytics pipelines using SQL and dbt.
- Develop ML models to provide quick business insights and predictions.
- Collaborate with product growth, user acquisition, and finance teams to improve metric accuracy.
- Manage projects autonomously and contribute to engineering practices like testing and CI/CD.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate code development and problem-solving.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or analytics engineering.
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics.
- Excellent SQL skills and experience with dbt or similar modeling tools.
- Strong engineering fundamentals including testing, clean code, and git workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses and modern data stack tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with Digital Marketing, User Acquisition, or Growth metrics.
- Familiarity with the current stack: Amplitude, BigQuery, and Omni.
- Strong analytical and statistical intuition.
- Prior experience in an agile startup environment.
