What you will do

• Design and build custom mid-size models for high-throughput stream processing and train them at scale.
• Optimize models across mathematics and systems to fit hardware and software constraints.
• Develop training data pipelines from raw streams to training-ready datasets.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate models into production, focusing on GPU utilization, latency, and cost.
• Define the roadmap for model and system improvements based on product needs.
• Develop an agentic layer for analysis and interpretability tools to explain model behavior.

Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, ML, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience training and fine-tuning models at scale and deploying them to production.
• Strong knowledge of GPU architecture and hardware constraints.
• Deep fundamentals in applied mathematics and software design.
• Ability to build data pipelines and production-grade code.
• Must be based in or able to work in Paris, France

Nice to have

• Experience with efficient sequence architectures.
