What you will do

• Migrate company data and processes including inventory, customer management, sales, and invoices to Zoho.
• Implement and maintain seamless integrations between Zoho and QuickBooks for financial tracking.
• Optimize the Zoho system architecture to ensure high efficiency and data accuracy.
• Train team members on the effective use of Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and related applications.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve technical bottlenecks to maintain smooth operations.
• Continuously refine business workflows and implement automation to improve productivity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing and managing Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books.
• Strong technical understanding of QuickBooks and its integration capabilities with Zoho.
• Background in inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on workflow optimization.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for team support and training.
