What you will do

• Design scalable and resilient Salesforce solutions and produce detailed engineering documentation.
• Lead the delivery of epics and mentor junior developers to elevate the team's technical maturity.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects during build design sessions.
• Perform technical analysis, impact assessments, and risk evaluations across interconnected systems.
• Maintain code quality through code reviews, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot advanced production issues and lead root cause investigations.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of development experience using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Visualforce.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• Experience delivering features for enterprise-scale applications in a structured Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform configuration and administration.
• Legal authorization to work in the Philippines without requiring employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing Salesforce AI capabilities such as Einstein or AgentForce.
• Familiarity with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), Bamboo, and Git-based workflows.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
