What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes across the group.
• Drive inventory accounting processes and ensure accuracy through cross-departmental collaboration.
• Oversee non-financial reporting in alignment with CSRD/ESRS requirements.
• Ensure full IFRS compliance and manage group audit activities.
• Prepare consolidated annual reports with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Coach and mentor a team of approximately 5 accounting professionals.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in financial reporting, ideally with an audit background.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards.
• English proficiency required; Dutch or German language skills are an advantage.
• CPA or Dutch RA certification is preferred.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and engage with diverse stakeholders.

• Familiarity with ESRS/CSRD reporting frameworks.
