What you will do

• Own the Modern Workplace roadmap by assessing the current environment and defining next steps for workplace transformation.
• Lead the transition from SCCM to Microsoft Intune, establishing device management standards, governance models, and employee experience improvements.
• Drive endpoint management for both Windows and macOS, including software deployment, patch management, and device lifecycle strategies.
• Enable and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration services (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) for secure and effective employee collaboration.
• Improve services through automation and continuous improvement using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API scripting, and provide best-practice guidance to the IT Service team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Modern Workplace, Endpoint Management, or Workplace Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune and experience implementing or managing modern endpoint environments.
• Understanding of both legacy and modern workplace technologies, including SCCM, cloud-based device management, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Ability to build and improve services, share knowledge openly, and influence workplace strategy.
