What you will do

• Resolve complex LAN/WLAN/WAN issues and manage network communications equipment.
• Advise on network design, deployment, and standardization to support MHS missions.
• Lead network specialists and coordinate with government staff and external organizations.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, VPN devices, and intrusion detection systems.
• Provide written recommendations and documentation for network standards and improvements.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required
• DoD 8570.01/8570.01-M compliance at IAM Level III
• DoD Health Care Information Systems experience required
• CCNP and CISSP certifications required
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline plus 5 years of experience, or technical school plus 10 years of experience.
• Mastery-level knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
