Network & Security Engineer

What you will do

• Design and implement local- and wide-area network solutions across multiple platforms and protocols.
• Develop IP and VoIP solutions that address customer requirements.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, networking controllers, bridges, firewalls, and networking software.
• Coordinate with vendors on the installation of network hardware and software.
• Plan and implement projects, including requirements review, cost analysis, and proof-of-concept solutions.
• Prepare technical solutions for implementation, go-live, and ongoing maintenance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in network support, configuration, and implementation.
• 6+ years of experience with core switching, routing, MPLS, and firewalls.
• Experience supporting networking and security architecture and engineering across local, regional, and global domains.
• Ability to execute multiple IT projects and meet deadlines with limited supervision.

Nice to have

• Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) deployment and data center experience.
• Experience designing and implementing Software Defined Networks and large, complex networks.
• Experience with BDP, OSPF, MP-FBP EVPN, VXLAN, or VPC.
