What you will do

• Lead and develop the Property Development & Excellence function, including line management and capability building.
• Drive the property development agenda, including frameworks, standards, governance, and ways of working.
• Lead digitalization and automation initiatives to improve systems, reporting, and process efficiency.
• Oversee expert capabilities in Hard FM, Soft FM, Workplace Experience, Energy, and Sustainability.
• Ensure alignment between expert functions, IT, Procurement, and regional delivery organizations.
• Monitor market trends and drive innovation to enhance service delivery and user experience.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Facility Management, or Business Administration.
• Several years of senior leadership experience in Property, Facilities Management, or Infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading expert, development, or digital functions in large, complex matrix organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Facility Management service models, energy performance, and sustainability initiatives.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Must pass a security vetting process; additional citizenship obligations may apply.
