What you will do

• Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and track actual performance.
• Support product and geographic expansion by partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Perform ROI analysis and produce high-quality financial and operational performance reports.
• Translate financial trends into actionable recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.
• Support fundraising processes and evaluate potential acquisition or partnership opportunities.
• Provide financial reporting and strategic insights to the C-level to improve business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Investment Banking or corporate finance roles.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small finance team.
• Experience working in a high-paced commercial environment.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).
• Based in Germany or eligible for relocation.
