What you will do

• Build low-latency, high-throughput microservices using Core Java 21/25.
• Design scalable and secure backend services for international payments.
• Reduce latency and improve throughput in complex distributed systems.
• Build security and compliance solutions that meet the highest standards in FinTech.
• Contribute to architecture, system design, and technical standards across teams.
• Have direct influence over decisions that define the future of the platform.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a backend software engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java (v17/21/25).
• Experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and Docker.
• Experience designing and building distributed, low-latency systems.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Completed technical BSc or MSc.

• Experience in FinTech or mission-critical environments.
