TL;DR

Senior IT Technical Support Specialist: Providing comprehensive technical support for global employees with an accent on endpoint management, identity access, and hardware lifecycle processes. Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania, with a requirement to work on-site at the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary: 192,000–240,000 RON

What you will do

  • Provide global technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution for endpoint devices, SaaS applications, and collaboration tools.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, and asset recovery.
  • Maintain user accounts, permissions, and device records across IT systems.
  • Partner with Security and external vendors to manage device security, patching, and hardware service requests.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
  • Identify recurring technical issues and recommend improvements to support tooling and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting employees in a corporate, SaaS, or multi-location environment.
  • Proficiency in managing corporate devices, including deployment, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management platforms like Active Directory, Entra ID, or Okta.
  • Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune, Jamf, or SCCM.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Degree, diploma, or certification in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
