What you will do

• Administer, configure, and govern Microsoft 365 Copilot to ensure secure and scalable adoption.
• Implement and continuously improve M365 solutions, including Microsoft Purview and Power BI.
• Provide 2nd-level technical support to help users maximize the value of the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Automate recurring operational tasks and processes using PowerShell for increased efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design integrated, customer-oriented productivity solutions.
• Support the evolution of security and compliance measures using DLP and Microsoft Purview.

Requirements

• Strong experience administering and configuring M365 Copilot in enterprise environments.
• Solid knowledge of M365 tenant administration, Purview, and governance concepts.
• Experience implementing security controls, such as DLP and access management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for process optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in both German and English (B2 minimum).
• Must be located in Romania.
