What you will do

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for internal users and contractors.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
• Administer Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems and manage devices via UDM tools.
• Manage user accounts in Okta, AD, Azure AD, and Office 365.
• Perform physical network tasks including cabling, patching, and server equipment maintenance.
• Manage IT asset inventory and coordinate logistics between locations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT hardware and software support.
• Proficiency in deploying and supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Linux.
• Fluent written and spoken Bulgarian and English.
• Fundamental knowledge of networking, security principles, and IT procedures.
• Experience managing workstations in heterogeneous environments and directory services.
• Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria for physical infrastructure tasks.

Nice to have

• Certifications in IT systems administration or support.
• Previous experience in an enterprise environment.
