What you will do
- Maximize mutual value with assigned partner(s) using a pan-BT approach aligned to BT strategic priorities.
- Define and drive partner strategy and performance, and own the Joint Business Plan to deliver measurable mutual value.
- Collaborate with internal BT teams on joint go-to-market opportunities and support business cases for new initiatives.
- Act as the “voice of the partner” inside BT to enable knowledge-sharing, innovation, and best practices.
- Establish and operate partnership governance, including identifying downside risks and ensuring mitigations are executed.
- Provide consultative advice and actionable insights across opportunities and risks for senior and working-level stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven partner management, account management, and/or business development experience with a track record of building strategic commercial relationships that drive mutual value and business growth.
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with resilience to navigate complex environments and secure positive outcomes.
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen, including identifying growth opportunities and translating market insights into measurable results.

- Experience working alongside technology partners, alliances, or ecosystems.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability in deal structuring.
