Internship - IT Network Infrastructure & Cybersecurity

What you will do

• Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity services.
• Support the administration of firewalls, VPNs, switches, load balancers, and other network and security technologies.
• Participate in vulnerability management, security monitoring, access management, and banking-sector compliance reviews.
• Contribute to cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructure projects, including testing, validation, and deployment.
• Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests while maintaining documentation, diagrams, procedures, inventories, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, project, and external provider teams on service continuity, automation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be able to provide a valid internship agreement from a university or higher education institution.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, and VPN technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, with an analytical and well-organized approach to problem-solving.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Fluent written and spoken English required. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is also required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, scripting, automation, or cybersecurity concepts.
• Knowledge of French.
