What you will do
- Define and execute the Digital Sales strategy for Business Bank aligned with commercial objectives.
- Own the end-to-end digital commercial funnel, from lead generation and traffic to onboard and activation.
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of 10-15 FTEs, includ customer journey experts, communication specialists, and data analysts.
- Manage the Business Bank campaign calendar and lead CRM initiatives for personalized customer communication.
- Establish and monitor KPIs such as CPA, CLV, conversion rates, and churn to steer performance market.
- Collaborate with product tribes, market, risk, and compliance functions to ensure seamless delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of strong digital experience across multiple channels.
- Proven leadership experience manag multidisciplinary teams in complex, regulated environments.
- Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
- Master's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong data-driven decision-mak skills and a deep understand of digital funnels.
- Track record of deliver measurable commercial results via digital channels.
