TL;DR

New Business Developer Executive (T&D Industry): Generating short-cycle revenue opportunities and expanding the client portfolio for small and medium Tech & Durables businesses with an accent on lead generation and end-to-end sales processes. Focus on identifying upselling opportunities, creating creative proposals, and building a sustainable external network in the Belgian market.

Location: Hybrid (Leuven, Belgium)

Salary: EUR 35,400 - 50,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Drive organic growth by targeting new clients and expanding business within the existing client portfolio.
  • Execute the end-to-end sales process, including feasibility analysis, pricing, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Identify upselling opportunities for retail measurement data and customized NIQ services.
  • Develop pragmatic engagement plans for key prospects and build a sustainable external professional network.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to bring new product/market combinations to the market.
  • Monitor revenue targets and course-correct using CRM tools to ensure budget fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Proven sales experience with strong commercial and relationship management skills.
  • Language requirements: Must be fluent in at least two of the following: Dutch, English, or French.
  • Good understanding of the dynamics of the Belgian Tech & Durables (T&D) business.
  • Ability to read other’s styles and adapt behavior accordingly to build strong client connections.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Market Research and/or T&D Trade/Category management.
  • Familiarity with the specifications and usage of retail tracking business services.
