What you will do

• Prepare and review U.S. federal, state, and international tax returns for corporations and LLCs.
• Manage indirect tax compliance, including sales and use tax filings.
• Prepare U.S. GAAP income tax provisions, including deferred tax analysis and effective tax rate calculations.
• Maintain tax calendars, documentation, and account reconciliations.
• Support responses to IRS and state tax authority inquiries.
• Identify tax risks and recommend mitigation strategies to finance leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 4-6 years of related professional tax and accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of corporate tax concepts and U.S. GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
