Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Ottawa, ON (2 days onsite required)

What you will do
- Prospect and identify potential B2B clients through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in HubSpot.
- Research target companies and decision-makers within the fintech and payments space.
- Build and manage outbound cadences and follow-up sequences.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or inside sales.
- Proven experience working in a B2B environment.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and outbound prospecting.
