Location: Hybrid, must be based in Edinburgh or Stirling office (3 days per week)

What you will do

• Develop and nurture relationships with advisers to make hirify.global their provider of choice.
• Identify and follow up on sales lead generation opportunities using MI to maximize growth.
• Design and deliver education sessions via Teams to drive digital adoption among strategic advisers.
• Develop and execute training programs for new recruits.
• Conduct quality assurance on compliance requirements through call listening and email checks.
• Support Key Account Directors with escalated enquiries and project manage webinars and events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and influencing sales audiences.
• Ability to design and deliver training or upskilling sessions.
• Strong commercial focus with experience in business planning and prioritization.
• Professional qualifications (R01 and R04 or equivalent) or currently working towards them.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage project/issue lifecycles.
