What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries regarding hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Perform configuration, administration, and maintenance for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Drive team collaboration to resolve technical issues and mentor junior team members.
- Develop and maintain support documentation and knowledgebase articles for end-user technology.
- Assist with asset management, inventory audits, and the implementation of desktop tools.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure system availability and support client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline.
- 2-5 years of progressive technical IT experience.
- Solid knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS) and software applications.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Experience driving root cause analysis and working with global teams.

- ITIL certification
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Cisco certifications
