TL;DR

Technical Account Manager (IoT): Acting as a technical advisor for construction companies to optimize IoT usage, connectivity, and integrations with an accent on technical ownership and customer enablement. Focus on solving complex integration challenges, analyzing data flows via SQL, and bridging the gap between customer needs and product engineering.

Location: Hybrid. Hubs in Berlin, Munich, Amsterdam, and Rotterdam. No relocation assistance is offered.

What you will do

  • Own the technical health of assigned customer accounts as the primary technical point of contact.
  • Advise on architecture, configuration, and deployment to ensure successful customer implementations.
  • Manage critical customer issues and escalations cross-functionally with Support and Engineering.
  • Advocate for customer needs by sharing feedback with Product teams to influence the roadmap.
  • Develop tools, playbooks, and best practices to elevate the TAM function.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background in SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
  • Proficiency in SQL and analytics platforms for data investigation.
  • Fluency in either German or Dutch is required.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles handling complex technical environments.
  • Must be based in or have work authorization for Germany or the Netherlands.

Nice to have

  • Experience with IoT, connectivity technologies, or industrial protocols such as CAN bus, J1939, or Modbus.
