Finance Reporting & Insights Specialist (SAP SAC): Strengthening group planning, management reporting, and analysis within the SAC environment with an accent on data standardization and the bridge between Finance and IT/BI. Location: Hybrid (3/5 days at the office). Must be based in Helsinki (Finland) or Den Bosch (Netherlands)

What you will do

• Develop and enhance management reporting, dashboards, and analytics capabilities in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Run and improve Group reporting and quarterly planning cycles in SAC and S/4HANA.
• Define and maintain reporting standards, KPI definitions, and governance frameworks across the Group.
• Act as the primary interface between Finance FP&A, Business Control, and IT/BI teams.
• Support the implementation of AI agents and automated reporting solutions to enhance productivity.
• Handle project controlling activities and drive continuous improvement through automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a similar field.
• Solid experience in controlling and management reporting, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reporting and/or planning.
• Must be based in Helsinki, Finland or Den Bosch, Netherlands

Nice to have

• Familiarity with S/4HANA reporting concepts.
• Experience leveraging AI technologies (Generative AI, predictive analytics) for financial automation.
