What you will do

  • Own the planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for Pharma Operations and Human Resources functions.
  • Deliver monthly performance analyses, variance reporting, and management presentations, including Group-level HR reporting.
  • Act as a strategic sparring partner for the Head of HR and Executive Director of Pharma Operations.
  • Develop and support business cases for strategic investments, transformation initiatives, and growth opportunities.
  • Drive the implementation and enhancement of the FP&A platform and automate reporting and planning processes.
  • Explore and implement AI-driven solutions and advanced analytics to elevate FP&A capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
  • 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, Business Controlling, or Financial Analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in financial planning, forecasting, and financial modelling.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including experience with Power Query and Power Pivot.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for collaborating with international teams.
  • Proactive approach to process improvement through technology, automation, and AI.
