What you will do

• Lead assigned Group Accounting areas throughout the monthly statutory reporting and close cycle.
• Own monthly close activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting pack preparation.
• Strengthen internal controls, enhance process documentation, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate Group audit activities, collaborating with internal teams and external auditors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors on Group consolidation and statutory reporting matters.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in group accounting, financial consolidation, and statutory reporting.
• Strong track record of managing financial close processes with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, financial reporting platforms, and consolidation tools.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite at the headquarters in Espoo, Finland.
