Location: Must be based in Mexico

Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 gross per year

What you will do

  • Cultivate and manage channel partner relationships to achieve MRR objectives.
  • Provide end-to-end account management and sales coaching to accelerate partner revenue.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to maximize market penetration.
  • Facilitate co-op marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to drive engagement.
  • Perform gap and SWOT analysis to identify and resolve partner performance issues.
  • Monitor pipeline management and support co-op sales processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar channel or partner management role.
  • Must be based in Mexico.
  • Strong analytical approach to revenue generation and sales strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with C-level partner stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a structured, professional, and target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for business needs.
