What you will do
- Create and scale the customer advocacy program across the EMEA region.
- Identify and nurture customer advocates in partnership with sales, product, and marketing teams.
- Lead end-to-end customer engagements to showcase success stories via content, events, and PR.
- Develop narratives tailored to EMEA audiences to highlight Twilio's value and business impact.
- Balance local and central needs for customer storytelling as a trusted partner.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing stakeholders.
- Proven track record of engaging senior executives in customer accounts for marketing initiatives.
- Must be based in London, UK.
