TL;DR
Senior Quality Engineer (TypeScript): Defining and scaling quality standards across the Product & Engineering organization with an accent on building self-service quality tools and coaching engineering teams. Focus on integrating AI/LLMs into development workflows, designing internal developer tooling, and driving engineering excellence through cross-team collaboration.
Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Helsinki, Finland (3 days a week in office)

What you will do
- Champion engineering excellence by building deep partnerships with Engineering Managers and leadership to drive modern quality practices.
- Pair directly with engineering teams on active tasks to establish self-sustaining quality mechanisms and maintain delivery velocity.
- Develop and package best practices into robust, self-service quality tools and frameworks to embed guardrails into daily operations.
- Analyze quality indicator metrics to identify trends and translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Drive the adoption and safe use of LLMs to accelerate development workflows across the organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Engineering, or Developer Experience (DevEx).
- Proven track record of leading cross-team initiatives and influencing product organizations.
- Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks, specifically TypeScript, Playwright, GitHub Actions, and SQL databases.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from the Helsinki office 3 days a week.
- Experience utilizing LLMs to accelerate development and coaching others on their efficient application.
