What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain performance testing frameworks and tools to validate application scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.
• Develop and execute performance, load, and stress test scenarios, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations teams to embed performance testing and optimization practices.
• Analyze system behavior under varying conditions, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing performance test scripts and frameworks for efficiency and accuracy.
• Promote best practices in performance engineering and contribute to overall quality and system optimization.

Requirements

• Strong experience in performance testing and software quality assurance.
• Previous experience in performance testing within a product development organization.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as Robot Framework, JMeter, Ranorex, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with monitoring and profiling tools like Application Insights, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Experience in scripting languages like JavaScript or Python, and solid understanding of Git and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Ability to analyze system behavior under load, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.

• Experience in testing large-scale, business-critical systems, especially in regulated environments.
