What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain performance testing frameworks and tools.
• Develop and execute performance, load, and stress test scenarios.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and operations to embed performance testing and optimization practices.
• Analyze system behavior under varying conditions and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing performance test scripts and frameworks.
• Promote best practices in performance engineering and contribute to overall system optimization.

Requirements

• Strong experience in performance testing and software quality assurance.
• Previous experience in performance testing within a product development organization.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as Robot Framework, JMeter, Ranorex, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
• Experience in scripting languages like JavaScript or Python, and solid understanding of Git and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
• Ability to analyze system behavior under load and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Good communication skills and fluent language skills in Finnish and English.

Nice to have

• Experience in testing large-scale, business-critical systems, especially in regulated environments.
