What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain performance testing frameworks and tools.
- Develop and execute performance, load, and stress test scenarios, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to embed performance testing practices.
- Analyze system behavior under various conditions, identify bottlenecks, and provide optimization recommendations.
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing performance test scripts and frameworks.
- Promote best practices in performance engineering and contribute to overall quality.
Requirements
- Strong experience in performance testing and software quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as Robot Framework, JMeter, Ranorex, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
- Familiarity with monitoring and profiling tools (e.g., Application Insights, Grafana, Prometheus).
- Experience in scripting languages like JavaScript or Python.
- Solid understanding of Git and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
- Fluent in Finnish and English.

- Experience in testing large-scale, business-critical systems in regulated environments.
