What you will do

• Own UX architecture and product strategy for Shop Builder and the broader B2B monetization ecosystem.
• Define scalable design patterns, principles, and flows that work across a complex platform.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to drive decisions that improve conversion and partner revenue.
• Navigate constraints and dependencies across tooling, templates, and integration realities.
• Collaborate within a mature cross-functional setup including UX Research, UX Writing, and DesignOps.
• Contribute to improving hiring practices, specifically the evaluation of delivery ability.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership of complex products.
• Strong expertise in UX strategy and systems thinking (ecosystem view).
• Technical literacy, including comfort with Git and collaboration patterns with engineering.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, fintech, or gaming.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and turn complex inputs into clear UX directions.
• Must be based in Europe.
