What you will do

• Perform residential energy efficiency upgrades and equipment installations.
• Provide technical advice, guidance, and training on installation and configuration.
• Conduct pre- and post-installation verifications and technical data gathering.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and installation issues.
• Act as the local on-site program representative to customers and contractors to encourage program participation.
• Travel daily throughout a defined territory.

Requirements

• Must reside in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for daily travel within the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of experience in a related industry.
• Valid driver's license and minimum age of 21.
• Physical ability to work in all climates, perform bending, crouching, climbing, and lift up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and motor vehicle report check.
