What you will do

• Build and develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-value VIP clients.
• Drive client engagement, retention, loyalty, and overall activity.
• Deliver a personalized, high-touch client experience based on individual needs.
• Analyze player behavior and utilize client insights to optimize the VIP experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to business expansion and new market development.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, VIP Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
• Experience in iGaming or a deep understanding of client retention and VIP player behavior.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Ukrainian: Fluent.
• Ability to manage multiple VIP clients simultaneously and act on activity data.

Nice to have

• Hungarian language proficiency.
