What you will do

  • Manage long-term relationships and the overall experience for high-profile VIP clients.
  • Independently own the night shift (22:00–10:00 EEST), serving as the primary contact for VIPs.
  • Coordinate smooth handovers to the day team with detailed shift summaries.
  • Proactively engage VIPs with exclusive offers, events, and personalized recommendations.
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on user behavior.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to resolve technical issues and improve the VIP journey.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in account management, customer support, or sales.
  • Advanced or Fluent English proficiency (C1).
  • Ability to work the night shift schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off (22:00–10:00 EEST).
  • High level of autonomy and comfort making independent decisions.
  • Experience with the CS/CS2 gaming community is a strong advantage.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working specifically with VIP or high-profile clients.
  • General experience in the gaming or related industries.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
