What you will do

• Take long-term ownership of products through NPI, ramp-up, sustain, and end-of-life phases.
• Lead dedicated product teams and coordinate activities across R&D, operations, supply chain, industrialization, and quality.
• Drive improvements in manufacturability, cost performance, and supply robustness.
• Manage timelines, resources, risks, and budgets to ensure predictable product performance.
• Coordinate engineering changes (ECR/ECO), redesigns, and lifecycle optimizations.
• Manage lifecycle planning, roadmaps, stage-gate processes, and gate reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in technical project management or product lifecycle management.
• Experience with embedded systems, electronics, or complex hardware/software environments.
• Deep understanding of NPI, ramp-up, sustain, and end-of-life processes.
• Familiarity with stage-gate processes and engineering change management (ECR/ECO).
• Fluency in English; EU work authorization or willingness to relocate to the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in Dutch.
