What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects to enhance manufacturing performance.
• Translate business needs into practical digital solutions for the shopfloor.
• Implement and scale data analytics, connected shopfloor, and automation solutions.
• Drive adoption of digital tools within daily operations alongside OT and automation teams.
• Coordinate external partners for robotics and industrial system implementations.

Requirements

• Experience in digital, engineering, or process improvement roles within a manufacturing context.
• Proven track record in project management and end-to-end implementation.
• Knowledge of OT environments including PLC, SCADA, and MES.
• Familiarity with data, analytics, and digital manufacturing solutions.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and align diverse teams with external vendors.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work at the Zoetermeer factory

Nice to have

• Exposure to integration tools such as OPC or Kepware.
• Understanding of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., IWS).
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or PMP methodologies.
