TL;DR
Senior Marketing Analyst (AI): Building AI-driven analytical workflows and attribution models for performance marketing with an accent on cross-channel data and unit economics. Location: Must be based in Latin America and have reliable overlap with US business hours
Salary: $4,000–$5,500 per month net

What you will do
- Own marketing attribution and measurement models across first/last/multi-touch and LTV-driven logic.
- Perform cross-channel and funnel analysis to diagnose leaks and evaluate unit economics at a business level.
- Analyze paid-channel data, specifically Google Ads, to drive reallocation and optimization decisions.
- Build automated analytical workflows and queries using AI coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.
- Develop accessible dashboards in Power BI, Looker, or Tableau featuring real-time anomaly detection.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate attribution logic into the AI agent.
Requirements
- Expert-level SQL for writing complex queries and reasoning about data models.
- Proven experience in marketing analytics, attribution, and Google Ads management.
- Hands-on experience building automated workflows with AI coding agents.
- Proficiency with Git for versioning queries and analysis.
- Professional English proficiency (C1) for interaction with US clients.
- Must be based in Latin America.
Nice to have
- Python for advanced data manipulation.
- Experience with dbt and modern data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake.
- Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and server-side tracking.
- Experience with complex LTV models in EdTech, FinTech, or B2C SaaS.
