What you will do
- Manage complex, large-scale sales offerings for new and existing customers in the international defense market.
- Collaborate with business units, product owners, finance, and top management to execute successful win-strategies.
- Lead bid teams to secure high-value contracts for the GlobalEye system.
- Conduct international travel for customer interactions, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Contribute to the organization's transformation and growth of its global footprint.
Requirements
- University degree in a technical or business field.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development or management consulting within an international environment.
- Experience participating in complex projects such as acquisitions, expansions, or international site establishment.
- Strong English proficiency (business level), both oral and written.
- Ability to pass a security vetting based on current protection regulations.
- Strong numerical data handling, presentation, and analytical skills.
Nice to have
- Swedish language skills.
- Experience in technically intensive sectors such as engineering or project-driven operations.
