What you will do
- Manage the complete contract lifecycle from intake and drafting to execution and storage.
- Redline agreements using Microsoft Word and escalate non-standard legal risks.
- Coordinate approval workflows across Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Security teams.
- Maintain metadata accuracy and audit-ready records within CLM platforms.
- Track renewals, notice periods, and contract obligations to ensure zero missed deadlines.
- Build dashboards and reports to optimize contract cycle times and SLA adherence.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in contracts administration, legal operations, or contract coordination.
- Hands-on experience with CLM tools such as Ironclad, Icertis, Agiloft, or similar.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word Track Changes, Excel, and PDF editing tools.
- Understanding of legal clauses including NDAs, DPAs, indemnities, and limitation of liability.
- Must be available to work during U.S. Business Hours.
- Must be based in South Africa or Kenya.
Nice to have
- Exposure to regulatory frameworks like GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.
- Background in procurement, vendor risk management, or security questionnaires.
- Experience managing templates, playbooks, and clause libraries.
